The “Teens React to MLP:FiM” video left me feeling very disappointed with today’s youth.

I’m a 21 year old female, and I adore MLP. My boyfriend likes it and so do many other guys I know. All of which are guys I consider to be very “manly” - and they are all straight, for the record (not that it should matter). Just because they can admit that MLP:FiM is a funny, cute show, doesn’t make them any less of a man. If anything, it makes them more of a man. I have much more respect for men who are capable of being in touch with their feminine side. It shows that they don’t think femininity is a bad thing. As far as I’m concerned, many of the teens featured in that video are sexist - including some of the girls. 

I am quite saddened by this video. I thought today’s teens were closer to gender equality than people used to be, but apparently not. I also wonder what the reactions might have been with teens from another country besides America.

I’m one of today’s youth (17 Y.O.) and even they make me disappointed =(

Except for two of the teens, the rest deserves to have a facepalm directed to them. And maybe a punch in the face.
